If you're 15 minutes early, you're right on time, so you must be 15 minutes earlier than that to actually be 15 minutes early. Most humans Call this "30 minutes early." If you want to be early, you have to be 15 mins prior to the 15 mins prior.
Fifteen minutes early. If you're 14 minutes 59 seconds or less early, you're late. Does that 1630 formation include the 15 minutes prior?
When no one knows the actual time of the event so everyone deducts 15 minutes each time word is passed down just to cover their ass, causing everyone to be different levels of earliness and, Ironically, wasting everyone's time even more. How do we know we aren't at a formation that's supposed to happen in the year 2035 because we're here 15 minutes prior to 15 minutes prior to - infinity?
