BK is the host of the popular international news podcast, “World News with BK,” now with almost 300 weekly episodes. A military veteran, BK served in the elite United States Air Force Pararescue (PJ) teams. He is a graduate of some of the military’s toughest schools, among them the USAF Pararescue indoctrination course, US Army Special Forces Combat Diver Qualification course, the USAF Pararescue Medical course, and the US Army Military Freefall (HALO) school. He is a nationally registered civilian EMT-Paramedic, and has 10 years experience working in overseas combat zones as a high-threat security officer for various Federal government agencies, including the US State Department, US Department of Defense, and others. During his time overseas, he wrote for several websites on current events, military news, finance, and politics, as well as co-authoring a published novel with other special operations veterans.

BK also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, graduating cum laude from the the University of San Diego. In his down time, he is an avid outdoorsman, beach goer, kettle bell user, amateur musician, chef, and reader of books.
